    I sat in church this past Sunday listening intensively to our pastor as he used his hermeneutical skills so eloquently to explain the scripture of Luke 3:7-14. Before this month gets too foregone, I would suggest that you might wanna read those scriptures. No matter how intensely I was listening and paying attention, were two words that slapped me into reality and brought his message right into my living room; and those two words were root canal.

When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time
    It is difficult today because there are many things that separate me from the message. I am bombarded by my personal feelings of wanting to attack my weaknesses that I see in others. But I canât do that; I only suffer more, thereby causing all of my blessings to be blocked when I become so petty. I do understand that what I do can ultimately affect us all.
    Even in challenging times, giving thanks becomes a source of solace. Prayer and thanksgiving, not just reserved for one day, offer relief and a connection with a higher power. May every moment be treated with the gratitude it deserves.
    As we approach the celebration of Veterans Day, let us come together in prayer and action, all with the shared goal of achieving peace in the simplest places-with conversations.
