On Sunday, October 27, a diverse coalition of over 100 community members gathered at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church in Boca Raton for the “Souls to the Polls Early Voting Rally.” Organized by the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of South Palm Beach County, the advocacy arm of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County; Temple Beth El of Boca Raton; DISC of Pearl City; and churches in Pearl City—Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, Macedonia A.M.E. Church, and Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church—the event aimed to empower local citizens to exercise their right to vote while fostering community solidarity.
