The chapter also participates annually in the cure for cancer walk sponsored by the American Cancer Society.

     The Eta Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., in coordination with the Quettes (a supportive, auxiliary organization composed of wives and significant others) held a combined celebration on Friday,  October 7, 2022, in recognition of the victims and survivors of cancer. Under the auspices of the Social Action committee chaired by Brother Melvin Davis, Quettes, Omega men, and the community at large joined forces to highlight and honor those who lost their lives in the battle against cancer and to celebrate the myriad victories.
