The Law Office of Brandon J. Gibson, PLLC, is a full-service litigation firm, with an emphasis on employment law. The range of practice areas includes but is not limited to unpaid minimum wage and overtime, employment discrimination, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) violations, and retaliatory discharge. The Firm also skillfully litigates civil rights cases, including but not limited to false arrest, excessive force and malicious prosecution. Mr. Gibson brings years of experience, passion and tenacity to defending his clients’ rights, and represents a wide variety of clients —from individuals to corporations— providing each with personalized representation tailored to meet their individual needs and goals.

Born and raised in South Florida, Mr. Gibson worked for two major, local law firms before establishing his own firm in 2016 to offer needed services to the community that fostered his early years.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Florida A&M University, Mr. Gibson moved to the Midwest and worked with two Fortune 500 companies.  Once Mr. Gibson decided to continue his education, he was admitted to the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor degree. Following graduation, Mr. Gibson worked for the City of Chicago, Illinois for four years before returning to South Florida.

During his legal career, Brandon J. Gibson has successfully litigated numerous federal and state cases in Florida and Illinois. Mr. Gibson approaches each case with the full attention and dedication needed to protect each client’s interests and exceed their expectations.
