    Your Black World

Well, this is how it works I guess. Rep. Paul Ryan was quite alright with getting Social Security death benefits from taxpayers after his father died, but that’s only for him. Only he’s entitled to government benefits and government help. The rest of us have to make it on our own, pull ourselves up by our bootstraps and all. This is the only explanation available for why Rep. Ryan told a student in 2011 that he should take three jobs to pay for school instead of accepting Pell grants. During a town hall back in 2011, House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI) was asked by student Matthew Lowe why the GOP wanted to cut Pell Grants.
