A Message From The Publisher
“Until the lion learns to write, every story will glorify the hunter” –African Proverb

Why are we giving Donald Trump and his cycle of boot lickers and idol worshipers so much power? Why do we keep conceding, assisting, and pouring our energy into propping up his failed “big, beautiful” bill as if it is the foundation for America’s future?
Every time we bend ourselves to his narrow, one-sided thought patterns, we give them a platform to stand on to spew efforts that legitimize an agenda that was never designed with us in mind. His vision was never about lifting communities that have been marginalized; it was and is about whitewashing, walling them out, shutting them down, and silencing their voices. Yet, somehow, some of us still find ourselves stuck debating his failed promises, treating them as if they deserve to guide the national conversation that we know don’t do a damn thing that benefits us.
Let’s be clear: this cycle of concession is dangerous. It distracts us from the urgent work in front of us needed to be fulfilled like, investing in schools, protecting voting rights, expanding healthcare, strengthening communities, and ensuring safety and justice for every American. Instead of fighting to repair Trump’s wreckage, we should be building our own vision.
This isn’t just about Trump. It’s about a system that thrives when we spend our money, time and energy supporting and defending against the noise rather than charting our own course. Every moment we waste trying to understand or appease a one-sided ideology is a moment stolen from creating a future rooted in justice, equity, dignity and true history.
So, the question isn’t only why we give him so much power as well as how long we’re willing to keep doing it. Power doesn’t disappear; it shifts. The same energy used to prop up a failed bill can fuel movements that center people, not personalities. It can lift communities, not walls.
According to Sir Isaac Newton’s Third Law of Motion, “For every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction,” we are not only failing science but ourselves as well.
We don’t need to concede. We don’t need to beg for inclusion in a conversation that was never meant for us. We need to redefine the conversation altogether. Our future depends not on the echoes of his promises but on the courage of our own.
Now is the time to reclaim our energy and direct it where it matters most, into building communities of hope, raising new leaders, strengthening families, and demanding policies that uplift instead of divide. Let us invest our voices, our votes, and our vision into shaping a future that honors every person’s dignity.
Trump’s power ends when our collective courage begins. If we choose to rise together, the story will no longer be about him, it will be about us, and the future we dared to create.
