The alleged “evil” work culture of abuse, racism, and prejudice at “one-size-fits-most” fashion business for teen girls Brandy Melville has been uncovered in a shocking exposé.

According to a report published on Tuesday by Business Insider, business CEO Stephen Marsan is accused of creating a toxic work environment that promotes misogyny and bigotry. Executives at the cult popular fashion label allege that Marsan only hired skinny, “gorgeous” white girls to work at his stores.

Luca Rotondo, a former Senior Vice President, said that Marsan directed him to only hire girls who met his criteria. Over the course of his nine years with the company, Rotondo claims he had to terminate hundreds of people, especially if Marsan believed a store had too many Black staff.

“If she was Black, if she was fat … he didn’t want them in the store,” Rotondo stated.

According to the New York Post, several employees were sacked because of their race or physical appearance. Marsan is accused of looking at full-body images of minor girls, some as young as 14, before hiring them.

if she was fat … he didn’t want them in the store “If she was Black ” Rotondo stated.
