    Zeta Rho Omega Chapter‘s third annual ‘Strike for a Cure Bowling Tournament’

    The health committee co-chairs and ladies from Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated at the “Strike for a Cure” Bowling Night Out.

                 The ladies of Zeta Rho Omega Chapter, along with its Chapter President Joeann Fletcher, First Vice President Vickie Pearcey, Program Chair, Second Vice President Annette Johnson Hurry, Fundraising Chair, officers, and chapter members, local sororities, fraternities, family members and community supporters for the cause were in attendance,  to continue the tradition and support Co-Chairs Dr. Sylvia Sloane Jones, Dr. Lynette Johnson, Dr. Margaretta Kearson, and Keisha Harding, who organized the kick off for the Third Annual Strike for a Cure Tournament at the Bowling Center in Fort Lauderdale. The fun-filled event was attended by hundreds of bowlers, of all ages, “Striking for a Purpose with a Cause.” The event generated donations from the AKA group, community supporters, and support of the Emerging Young Leaders from Lauderhill Middle and other nearby schools, who participate for this worthy cause.
