    Honoring Excellence at the AARLCC 2025 Gala: “Strength & Clarity Over Time”

        FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – The Friends of the African American Research Library and Cultural Center (AARLCC) hosted a spectacular evening of recognition and celebration on Saturday, October 25, 2025, marking the 23rd Anniversary Celebration Gala under the inspiring theme, “Strength & Clarity Over Time.”

    Held at the African American Research Library and Cultural Center, 2650 Sistrunk Blvd., this annual gala brought together community leaders, advocates, and supporters to honor individuals whose dedication and service continue to uplift and inspire the South Florida community.

    The evening featured a special Honoree Reception and Jazz Concert, recognizing this year’s distinguished award recipients for their outstanding contributions:

    The celebration was a powerful reminder of AARLCC’s enduring mission to preserve Black heritage, promote cultural education, and celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments of everyday people making an impact.
