As Hurricane Sandy devastates the Northeastern parts of America, voters are preparing for the Presidential Election Storm of 2012

On that day, when evening came, He said to them, “Let us go over to the other side.” … And He got up and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Hush, be still.” And the wind died down and it became perfectly calm. And He said to them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?”                                  Mark 4:35-40 (NASB)

As Hurricane Sandy meandered  through the Caribbean up the Eastern coast of America, at least 58 people have died and millions more guardedly await its lethal devastation.

Sandy has proven to be much more than just another run-of-the-mill hurricane which comes on the heels of yet another hurricane season.

Sandy is not a typical, common or everyday hurricane. With 75-mile-per-hour winds, dumping more than a few feet of snow in higher elevation areas of West Virginia (where the leaves have yet to fall from the trees, increasing the danger of downed trees), creating storm surges as high as nine to 10-feet-tall and brutal flash flooding; she is a monster.

The Weather Channel reported: “…the diameter of tropical storm-force winds spanned 795 miles from southwest to northeast, roughly the driving distance from New York to Chicago! This is more representative of a ‘Nor’easter’ than your typical tropical cyclone.”

The report added, “While not necessarily tropical storm-force, the circulation of Sandy by Tuesday could literally cover each of the 26 states east of the Mississippi River!”

Director Jeff Masters of the  Weather Underground said Sandy could turn out “as big, perhaps bigger, than the worst East Coast storm on record, a 1938 New England hurricane that is sometimes known as the Long Island Express, which killed nearly 800 people,” Reuters reported. “The late-season cyclone is widely expected to undergo an unusual merger with a polar air mass over the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast on Tuesday, essentially bringing two sources of energy together and giving Sandy the potential to punch above its weight as it sloshes across the U.S. coast.”

USA Today stated that the mixture would create “a megastorm that is expected to park over the northeast for days.”

NBC News reported, “After the storm hits expect the cleanup and power outage restoration to continue right up through Election Day.” As if that was not enough, Hurricane Sandy is inflicting chaos on the U.S. economy.

Our prayers go out to the people whose lives have been reconstructed by the hurricane.

Now, the American people are preparing for yet another storm, but this time it is a storm of a different nature; a nature that is driven by the selfishness of man.

This storm is known by many names and many forms, i.e., Romnado (like a tornado), Hurricane Wil Rob Me and Cyclops Mitty, the one-eyed, one-armed Cyclone that can do more damage faster than a chameleon can change colors and quicker than an etch-a-sketch can draw up a plan for Bain Capital to scrape millions of dollars from the foreclosures of a business run by the Romney’s.

It is true that Sandy’s destruction could generate repair costs perhaps in the billions of dollars. However, the effects of Demolition Romney will carry over for years to come, spilling seepage costing repairs into the trillions of dollars, based upon the far reaching implications and the E. T. Extra-Terrestrial-like tentacles reaching their ugly little fingers into everything from Foreign Policy to Social Actions.

America, if not checked and voted on properly, will be intertwined in yet another “megastorm” that may lead us into a Civil War that is not just between the North and the South, but between the rich (white men) and the poor people; in Romney’s own words, “the 47 percenters”.

There was a time in the history of America, after one of its greatest tragedies (9/11), when all Americans were con-sidered AMERICIANS, not separated by indifferences. But as soon as the dust settled from the fall of the Twin Towers, we were once again torn apart based upon race, religion and greed.

After the dust has settled from all of the clamoring and jostling for the Presidency of the United States of America, let’s see who will be united for the call to make America the best country in the world.

I know that I am voting for the change that I believed in when President Barack Hussein Obama was elected President. I still believe that he is the change! Please join me in keeping President Obama in office.

Solomon said, “If he is a worthy man, not one of his hairs will fall to the ground; but if wickedness is found in him, he will die.” 1 Kings 1:52(NASB)
