A new CDC report suggests the majority of people with hepatitis C still have not been cured[1][1] nearly a decade after breakthrough treatments that clear the viral infection were first approved in the United States. The findings highlight the urgent need for a proposed national program that would end much of the suffering and death from hepatitis C by eliminating the disease in the United States.

        The “Ivy League” is a group of slavery-infected institutions that will be happy to abide by court rulings that would decrease the admittance of Black students.

     Democrats are fighting a political war with worn out tools. I don’t advocate that we stoop to the levels that Republicans have but I do suggest that a real reassessment be taken so that we can start winning again.

     A year in which there are only three races for governor’s seats, all in the Deep South, wouldn’t normally create a lot of political speculation. Kentucky’s popular Democratic incumbent may have a tough race, and chalking up Louisiana and its neighbor to the east to a Republican would be typical conventional wisdom.
