Before leaving on their special delivery, County Transportation Director Chris Walton poses with several of Santa’s helpers.

BROWARD COUNTY, FL – Broward County Transit (BCT) brought joy to hundreds of needy children living at the Susan B. Anthony Recovery Center and Covenant House by delivering toys, clothes, and personal necessities. These organizations provide transitional housing and other services for homeless families and at-risk youth.

BCT and Brightline/All Aboard Florida partnered for BCT’s 2nd Annual Holiday Toy Drive and delivered the donations in a loaded holiday decorated bus.

“Every child deserves to enjoy the holidays, and Broward County Transit is honored to bring joy to underprivileged children in our community and spread goodwill this holiday season,” said Broward County Transportation Director Chris Walton.
