In the Trump era, economic policy often comes with more bluster than strategy. His latest round of tariffs is no exception. Slapped on a broad swath of imported goods without rhyme, reason, or regard for the people who will bear the brunt of the cost – American families and workers – these tariffs are a political stunt masquerading as industrial policy.

In the 2024 fiscal year, Black Americans collectively held $5.39 trillion in wealth, despite comprising only 13.7% of the U.S. population. If Black Americans were a nation, they would rank as the third wealthiest country in the world, behind only China.

Keep it up, patriots!  We’re winning.  The criminal Tesla Corporation is going down in flames, just like traitor Trump’s failed fascist regime is burning to the ground (according to public opinion polls) while obese Orange Nero fiddles around with his sexually abused daughter Ivanka once again.  Who needs Melania after all?  Trump is an adjudicated rapist, and Elon Musk loves Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany almost as much as Donald Trump does.  Lock them both up!

His realization sent shivers down my spine. Growing up in Germany, I read Friedrich by Hans-Peter Richter, a novel about two boys in Hitler’s Germany—one Jewish, the other not. Their innocent childhood is shattered as persecution tightens.

For decades, 14(c) has allowed employers to pay disabled individuals subminimum wages, sometimes just pennies per hour, under the outdated assumption that they are less productive. This policy was created in the 1930s when employment options for disabled people were nearly nonexistent. But times have changed. We now know that individuals with disabilities are capable, valuable workers who deserve fair pay.

A child shouldn’t have to worry about being bullied and shouldn’t ever let the bad influence of a bully change who they are. No child should be a victim of cruel behavior. Therefore, bullying others does not prove anything by making someone a victim of bad circumstances. However, bullying someone won’t make life easier and it sure won’t fix the problems that a bully is affected by. Periodically Nancy, a second-grade student was being harassed and often threatened by a boy older than herself, he made fun of her and constantly spread rumors. After a few weeks of being bullied Nancy was fed up and reported it to her parents and the principal at her school. Tommy was very unhappy and wanted to take his frustration out on anyone he encountered in his classroom.

Many people take the stand that violence should never be used to combat violence, believing it only breeds more violence, and as some believe, corrupts the moral center of a liberation movement. However, history has endlessly chronicled that the ruling class only wakes up to how they exploit the working class when the threat of violence is on the table. Those who find this idea abhorrent feel free to sit this one out. For those still with me, as the young folks say—L.F.G!

She was among an estimated 900 protesters who turned out at Rocky Mountain National Park on March 1 to protest the Trump administration’s mass firings of National Park Service staff last month, conducted through the so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) headed by Elon Musk. Those 900 were among thousands of Americans who joined protests across the country that day at hundreds of national parks and monuments that day.
