    We are thrilled to congratulate Captain Warnell Phillips on his outstanding achievement: completing the 290th session of the FBI National Academy. This prestigious training program, held at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, is a remarkable milestone in Captain Phillips’ career.

           The 10-week course brought together law enforcement professionals from 46 states, the District of Columbia, 24 countries, five military organizations, and six federal civilian organizations. Captain Phillips’ participation in this esteemed program is a testament to his dedication to excellence and service.

    The training program focused on enhancing communication, leadership, and fitness skills, ensuring that Captain Phillips returns to our agency equipped to serve our community with even greater expertise and effectiveness.

    We extend our sincerest gratitude to Captain Phillips for his unwavering commitment to our agency and the community. His achievement is a source of pride and inspiration for all of us at the City of Lauderdale Lakes.
