Fred Beneby proudly stands beside his special project at Seagrass Village in PORT ORANGE, FL — A heartfelt tribute he spent several months creating to honor all Veterans. A resident for five years, Beneby was inspired to show that an African American man can create something meaningful to recognize the service and sacrifice of all who served, including his seven family members who defended this country with honor and dignity.
