The plot to conduct mayhem and murder, which included beheading as well as the burning alive of women and children, is the behaviors of individuals void of their humanity. What could pain human beings to the point of behaving as savages in an attempt to launch a contrived apocalypse?
Given the levels of Hamas’ savagery and demonic killing of Israel’s civilians and soldiers, coupled with actual recordings, it’s again apparent that this was a contrived apocalypse. Hamas knowing Israel’s love for their people, especially their children, are contemplating Israel will regress to a level of beastly vengeance far greater than the murders committed by them.
The second central phase of their plot involves using hostages as shields and strategies to slow down or halt Israel’s counteroffensive attacks. Also, Hamas may be willing to release hostages in exchange for prisoners held by Israel. Without any doubt, Hamas knows that Israel is hurting emotionally and embarrassed for failing to protect their people, will retaliate with deadly vengeance.
However, Israel should be willing to negotiate to save the lives of the hostages. Why not offer 300 to 500 prisoners for every hostage set free? The Hamas fighters certainly wouldn’t have taken hostages if they weren’t thinking about being willing to negotiate for something. Once Israel launches their attacks, the hostages are of no value to the Hamas fighters.
Consequently, it’s worth exploring if a reasonable deal is negotiable. And it’s not likely Hamas is concerned about their own lives. Given the nature of their heinous crimes, obviously they’re prepared to die fighting. Nevertheless, Israel shouldn’t allow their desire for vengeance to supersede securing a safe return of the hostages.
There’s a third phase to Hamas’ plot, which could be to trigger a full-scale war in the middle east. However, Biden has acted with prudence and strategic planning. Knowing that this event could easily trigger a broader and more dangerous war in the middle east, Biden is using stealth diplomacy to avert such a disaster. Also, while backing Israel, he’s moved battleships and other military resources to warn Iran and Hezbollah to keep their distance.
More importantly, President Biden is fully aware that Israel’s military and its people are yearning for total eradication of Hamas. Therefore, he’s gone to great lengths to warned Netanyahu that even during war, there are rules of engagement. In other words, there’s no reason for Israel’s soldiers to allow their anger and pain to cause them to disregard the rules of engagement. Their failure to heed this advice will cause them to face prosecution for war crimes.
The safe return of hostages using all available diplomatic resources should be America’s and Israel’s top priority rather than to quickly fulfill Hamas’ contrived apocalypse. History should’ve taught both Countries that the mere eradication of Hamas from Gaza will not in and of itself achieve lasting peace.
For an enduring level of peace to occur, Israel’s military assault and humanitarian relief blockade must not result in the indiscriminate deaths and annihilation of the Palestine people.
Additionally, once Hamas terrorists are eliminated, will Israel use their political and economic powers to eradicate Palestine’s despicable inhumane conditions /occupation, such there’s no need or support for new terrorists’ groups to evolve?
Ideally, a self-governing Palestine will develop the will and capacity to fight to rid itself of terrorists. Unfortunately, at this very moment, America’s greatest threat is its own domestic terrorists.
