Bethune-Cookman University had two players receive All-SWAC postseason honors, the league announced on Monday.
Senior cornerback Omari Hill-Robinson was named All-SWAC First Team defensive and blank long snapper Clayton Thomas, Jr. earned All-SWAC Second Team Specialist.
Hill-Robinson was also All-SWAC First Team Defense Preseason this season and All-SWAC First Team Defense in 2022. He led the conference in interceptions with four.
It’s the third straight season that he led the SWAC in picks. In addition, Hill-Robinson recorded 33 total tackles, nine deflected passes and a 77-yard fumble return touchdown.
Thomas was a solid snapper and special teamer for the Wildcats. B-CU punted the third most times in the conference in 2023. He also snapped for kicker Caden Hatcher on field goals.
