Jameis Winston sexual assault accuser changes her mind

    By Jeff Lightsy

According to Sports Illustrated, Tallahassee police stopped investigating the sexual assault involving Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston when the accuser “changed her mind” about pursuing charges. Winston’s legal team denies all claims against their client after reports emerged last week. An email obtained by the Tallahassee newspaper that was sent by the Tallahassee city manager, Anita Favors Thompson, to the city commissioner on November 12 states the police began to have trouble contacting the accuser a few months after the December 2012 incident occurred. Last week the case was reopened after being inactive once a new piece of evidence was found. The new evidence that was discovered was Winston’s DNA at the scene.

There are so many questions that still need to be answered in this case. One thing that we know for sure is Jameis Winston has gone from a person of interest in this case to the person of interest. This is something very serious because we are talking about a rape case. My only problem with Jameis right now is if you are innocent; let us the public and the media know you’re innocent. But until more information comes out we just don’t know.
