    Lois Ann Irby-July 15, 1951 – Jan. 12, 2020

    Lois Ann Irby was born  to Jimmy Wayne Irby and Catherine Baynard on July, 15, 1951.  Lois was raised by her father and Step Mother Sally Irby who provided her with a strong and safe foundation.  She attended Broward County Public Schools graduating from Hollywood Hills High School.  She later took training as a nursing assistant and found employment.

    Lois Ann was baptized at St. Ruth Baptist Church in Dania Beach, Fla.  She attended St. Ruth which was her family church for many years.  She was involved in activities at the church as she grew up.  She later moved to Georgia until she moved back to Florida.  She had complications with her kidneys and had to go on dialysis.  She passed away at Broward General Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

    Lois Ann is survived by her son , Anthony Irby (aka Peanut), Brother, James Turnquest (Shakina) Step Brother, Louis Portis (Bobbie Jean),  Step Sister, Bevelon  who preceded her in death, Sister, Mary Baynard-Scott (David), Aunt, Myrtle Baynard, Cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

    With Love and Apprecia-tion, the family wishes to thank all of you for your support, prayers, acts of kindness and for the over-whelming love that has been continuous through their grieving. Special Thanks to:  Pastor Fred Batten  and Members of Mount Olivet SDA.

    Homegoing Services Fri-day, Feb. 14, 2020, 12 – 1 p.m.

    Repast, Dining Hall of Mount Olivet SDA Church, 649 N.W. 15 Way Fort Lauderdale
