Let us look at three highly qualified, altruistic people President Joe Biden should appoint to make our lives better. Our present skinflint Treasury Secretary, Steven Mnuchin and I have nothing in common. I care about all people, he does not.
His net worth is over 300 million and mine is around $3,000 (lol). If we work extra hard at voter education, registration, and voting, we can flip at least six Republican seats in the U.S. Senate. I am working hard to unseat our worthless NC Senator Thom Tillis. He is a boot licker, caddy, and water carrier for TRUMP.
One Lady our 46th President Biden could take from the Democratic majority Senate and appoint is Elizabeth Warren to be our Treasury Secretary. Secretary Warren’s first act will be to change the 2.8 trillion-dollar tax cut from 85% to the rich to 90% to the poor and middle class. Most of the “silver spoon” rich did not qualify for those funds and spent their money on luxury items so none of it trickled down to the least of us. She should give them six days to return our money to the treasury without a fine.
The guilty ones who do not return our money shall be fined 33% and face prosecution. She will with the help of Congress raise the federal minimum wages from $7.25 to $15.00 per hour. She will start a jobs program to rebuild unsafe bridges, highways, public buildings, and environmental projects like President Franklin D. Roosevelt did in 1933.He called it the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) for men only and segregated at that time. Four famous men used the CCC as a steppingstone. They were actors Walter Matthau, Raymond Burr, test pilot Chuck Yeager and baseball hall-of-famer Stan Musial. Our rich country we built should reach into our rainy-day savings account and give each adult making under $200,000 a year $1,200 a month until six months after the Covid-19 is history.
Our ancestors and we worked hard to build up our savings account. Some politicians will vote no and call this money a hand-out. When they do, do two things: politely smile and tell them where to go and give them a “pink slip” on November 3rd. We adults will spend about 95% on bills, food, rent, mortgage payments and other necessary items. Economic 101 teaches us about assets, liabilities, and budgeting. Every household single, four family members with one income, couples with no children, couples with children, caregivers of handicap children, caregivers of elderly parents, retired people living on social security and other retirement, grandparents supporting children and grandchildren or billionaires like Bill Gates and Oprah have to make a budget.
We will pay for our Biden/Harris protection plan by spending wisely and cutting TRUMP’S greedy and wasteful spending. Every dollar we spend with a business, excluding bootleg entrepreneurs (lol), will be taxed several times as it circulates. The businesses will happily return a part of that money every three months when they pay their quarterly taxes. Two of TRUMP’S completely wasteful projects he started so he could put his name on them for history must be canceled. Biden can eliminate two of TRUMP’S liabilities and turn them into assets and use our money to help bail out our people and small businesses as we suffer through this Covid-19. The two are the 190 billion dollars on TRUMP’S stupid space force and another 4.8 trillion dollars on his infamous wall” he said he would make Mexico pay for (smile). The CCC as I mentioned earlier has a special place in my heart because a young Catholic MAN, Edward, from Wilmington, NC met a young AME ZION LADY, Faldenia, from Lillington, NC enrolled in Fayetteville State University teachers’ program. They dated, fell in love, got married, moved to Wilmington, NC and raised six gifted children. Edward became a barber and Faldenia a teacher. My brother Reginald and I are blessed to be the two surviving children. I will name the two other especially important Cabinet appointments in upcoming posts.
