Rattlers to play Grambling State in first round to SWAC Tournament

      TALLAHASSEE, FL  –– Florida A&M women’s basketball is headed to their first SWAC Tournament after beating Bethune-Cookman to clinch the 7-seed.

The Rattlers will play Grambling State in the first game of the SWAC Tournament on Wednesday, March 13, at noon Eastern on ESPN+. This will be the third meeting between the two teams, as the Rattlers fell to the Tigers in both games. The first of the two was a triple overtime thriller in Tallahassee, in which the Rattlers fell short 88-85. The second game in Grambling, the Tigers won 65-54.
