    On April 22, an Ohio officer fatally shot  16-year-old, Ma’Khia Bryant. A body cam video was released and it shows Bryant going at a young woman with a knife. An officer arrived at the scene and when Bryant seemed to attempt to try to stab the other woman, the officer shot her.

    In my opinion, I feel that the officer was in the wrong to shoot her because he could have tased her. In this case, Ma’Khia had a knife and force was an appropriate  response; however, shooting her wasn’t necessary.

    The officer that killed her is now off street duty with a pending investigation
