What is really going on?

I wonder if some American Citizens may think or believe that the United States has eradicated all forms of slavery practiced as racism during this horrific pandemic in 2021. Reminding us all, African Americans who are called Blacks are still subjected to having to struggle for their equal rights to vote as well for their right to equal justice and fair social opportunities too.  Blacks and others should not have to live in an unfair and a double standard system. This system is directly created as a legal system but is unfairly practiced. This American Democratic system seems to be structured for practicing unequal justice with no civil rights for Black Americans. There has been the same practice of inequalities for decades in the Black communities around America and the world. All American Blacks and others should be able to practice all their civil rights with equal justice. Those practices should be without any Police actions of interference unless there is a crime being committed.   The United States is the country of many Americans born here and those who have immigrated here as well.

Many American citizens are extremely ambivalent toward Black Americans which causes disparities and much dissension among the races.  This new created slavery is not still going on in 2021, is it? Let us talk. Tell me How and Why  slavery is still a legal continuation of the Black civil rights Struggle? We do have laws. These laws are supposed to be enforced to prevent the new practice of slavery disguised as racism.  It creates discrimination, crime, and even murder .   African Americans are the only citizens in America who are still in an ongoing civil rights struggle. The American judicial Court System is the only way Blacks may gain their freedom of fair justice. It is already our God given right. There should be a fair system to monitor and make a fair decision to judge some Justices, some Prosecutors, and some Police. Some of these police are using their badges to commit murder on Black American men and women.

Blacks from the beginning of their birth are not able to know what is going on in their lives yet. As they grow, they will understand some of what they will have to deal with and experience during their entire lifetime. Blacks only want equal and fair civil and human rights with honest and fair and equal justice as everyone. In America and in the world, Blacks also want the right to exist as free American citizens. Cannot everyone see that Black people are born with mothers and fathers just like everyone else who exist. Please tell me What is really going on? Can there still be Illegal unfair civil rights and Unfair and unequal justice happening? Is it still being practiced as legal Slavery in the United States during 2021? It is now decades past the slave era, and now we are in the year of 2021. We must stop entertaining hidden practices of slavery and include all U. S. citizens as the African American legal citizens of whom they are called Blacks. We are not Black in color. We are colored or brown people. We must all realize that our Forefathers created the Bill of Rights and the United States Constitution for every citizen of America. We all should have equal, fair, and equal justice in these United States. Our United States Government Officials should be aware and held accountable of this dilemma. It is a hidden and destructive practice of slavery in the form of racism they are ignoring.  Our United States Constitution and our Bill of Rights is written without fair judicial attention to protect all Blacks too. Still Mirroring he is the same form of racism being exacerbated and festering bringing back the slavery from the past. The change is up to our elected officials to study this dilemma and evaluate what is really going on, creating positive resolutions for this dilemma. We must also do our part too, by going to the poles and vote our conscious. We want someone with honesty and integrity to handle our taxes and to guide and protect our country and our citizens. How can we expect other countries to trust and believe in our Democratic Governmental system? In the United States all citizens should be treated with fairness and as equal citizens with equal rights and equal justice. Look into your conscious and your hearts and find the respect, integrity, Honesty, and the Peace that should be visible. It is for you to create and pass a bipartisan bill of Fairness and equal Justice. We must eradicate all forms of hidden practices of slavery supported by the practice of racism.  Our Juris Prudence of the Law should hold those practicing any form of slavery as a crime.  Those persons who may be found to be guilty of committing these types of crimes should be prosecuted to the greatest extent of the law. It is still festering in the United States. This bipartisan bill can and should be adopted by the United States Supreme Court Justices too. I am still Just Thinking but now hoping and praying for Gods’ intervening for all of us to know what is really going on? We must practice more love and respect toward each other.
