For such is the will of God that by doing right, you may silence the ignorance of foolish men. 1 Peter 2:15

    By Bobby R. Henry, Sr.

My daddy said to me when I was younger, a teenager, and I wanted to run with the  in-crowd. He said, “Bobby, who is  more the fool, the fool, or the one who follows the fool ?” I now understand better what my daddy meant.

People, if we don’t understand anything about politics, remember, it is the way in a democracy that allows us to be equal.

Now, on the other hand politricks is what is used by known fascist tricksters, those who would and have done anything to fool people to get ahead and keep others down.

An American sociologist, historian, and civil rights activist, William Edward Beauregard DuBois, was absolutely correct in one of his most notable quotes: Either America will destroy ignorance or ignorance will destroy the United States.

As we begin this political season with the Iowa Caucus 2024 Election as its starting point, we are certain to see how unintelligent we really are concerning racism in this country and how far some are willing to go to keep it alive. They lie, steal and cheat to get elected and to try to get reelected.

It’s ironic that on a day of peace and the honoring The Dream of coming together, in the spirit of love and respect of each other that ignorance would cover the hopes of America in a blanket of non-tolerance and giving hate an opportunity to run for president.

Come on America we are better than that.

How did we get to the point where we believe that social media is a living breathing human being with true feelings? Have we forgotten how the Russians used social media to lie and deceive America?

If we are to prove to the world that America is one nation under God with liberty and justice, for all, we will have to come together, it matters not what race, creed or color, sexual orientation rich or poor, believing that we all are human beings, and not some cult ready to drink the koolaid.
