     Meet Nic King, a successful entrepreneur from Connecticut who has launched the newest Black-owned cereal brand fittingly called ‘Proud Puffs’ that features chocolate-flavored, vegan-friendly puffs in the shape of a fist. Nic says the cereal was inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement.

      Digital Grass Innovation and Technology has announced that applications are now open for the Junction Halls Food and Beverage Success Incubator. This free 6-week program will provide comprehensive mentoring programs and marketing support for established food-based businesses, restaurants that have struggled during COVID-19, and entrepreneurs with a great food/beverage concept.      The term racist is one of the worst monikers you can attach to a person.  It often equates one’s vision to that of the U.S. Confederacy…a division of folks who never wanted to see Blacks attain their full rights as U.S. citizens.
