In the 2024 season, the Minnesota

Lynx were one of the best teams in WNBA basketball. They were led by MVP candidate and forward Napheesa Coller. Standing at 6’1”, Collier could be a dominant force in the paint as well as on the perimeter. And with her averaging 20.4 points and 9.7 rebounds, the Lynx looked unstoppable for the majority of the season.

One game that allowed them to showcase their abilities took place on Aug. 21, 2024, when
they took on the defending champion, the Las Vegas Aces. Behind Collier’s 23 points, the
Lynx would defeat Las Vegas 98-87. And in this win, Minnesota would show that it had
enough to take out the Aces, demonstrating to Las Vegas that it was no longer the best
    team in the WNBA.
