On Thursday, May 14, 2020, I was given the opportunity to help with the city of Lauderhill Drive-Thru Food Distribution.

While  assisting, I was able to take pictures of some of the city of Lauderhill employees and volunteers that came out to help.

It was very exciting to see different City of Lauderhill departments heads, Commissioners, Chief of Police and other organizations working together for a better cause.

I also was able to do a ride-along with some of the city workers to deliver food to the local seniors and disabled people that were in need of food assistance.

During the day I took pictures of all of the hard work.

I must say that the City Of Lauderhill food drive-thru distribution was organized and all the employees and different organizations were friendly and welcoming. No one hesitate to roll up their sleeves and lend a hand that included City Manager Desorae Giles- Smith, Chief of Police Constance Stanley,  and a number of the upper level staff. It was noticed that the hard work did not discriminate.
