AT&T is hiring for more than 450 South Florida call center and consumer sales jobs. About 400 of the jobs are customer service representatives at our Sunrise call center, and 50 plus are for Integrated Solutions consultants in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
Our call center customer service representatives handle in-bound calls. They answer questions about our products and services, and handle billing inquiries and business transactions. The call center jobs start at $12.62 to $15.86 an hour, and offer a salary increase every six months until top pay is reached. The Integrated Solutions jobs are in Miami, Sunrise and North Palm Beach. These consultants walk our residential customers through our cutting-edge products, and show them the benefits of AT&T advanced services. The Integrated Solutions consultant jobs pay a $34,000 to $36,000 base salary, plus commission. A hiring event for the Miami Integrated Solutions jobs is set for March 7.
