The summer breeze brings a sense of freedom and endless possibilities for high school students. As the final summer of your high school journey approaches, it’s time to make every moment count. As a rising senior, this will be my last summer as a high school student, and next year I will be transitioning into a college student, which means I have to make the most of this summer. Looking back on my past couple of summers, today, I would like to list three main activities high schools students can do to make their summer thrilling and productive!

   America’s democratic voters are in disbelief as to why Republican Congresspersons  and  their voters revere Trump as though he’s the anointed Antichrist. But why in God’s name would any sane Christian believer follow the ultimate enemy of Christ? Besides, didn’t Trump seek to overthrow the government?

      Governor Ron DeSantis is running hard on racism. It is the central message of his presidential campaign filled with a hate speech platform patterned after the White supremacy segregationists of the 1950s and 60s. It is a stunning reproduction of the Jim Crow mantra of that era with different labels.  But the mission is obvious, and people of color are very clear about what they are looking at. I remember watching a cable news show where a Black woman commented on the DeSantis slogan, “Florida is where Woke goes to die.” She angrily said, “I’m not going back to slavery. Never!”

     The Gun Violence Archive recorded these incidents this weekend, from 5 p.m., on Friday until 5am on Wednesday across 13 states as well as Washington DC. The archive’s tally of mass killings over the 4th July weekend started in Washington DC, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland (twice), Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Texas (twice).

     Despite widespread poverty, globalization and a thriving middle class have been instrumental in shaping liberal democratic practices within the Jamaican government. Cultural exchange through travel, migration, and mass media plays a key role in shaping the modern ideologies of Jamaican citizens regarding responsible governance, individual freedoms, and liberties.

Cash flow is the lifeblood of any business, no matter the industry or company size. However, as economic headwinds and supply chain woes challenge the bottom line for both Main Street and Wall Street businesses alike, owners are facing significant financial frictions hindering business growth. Unfortunately, small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) are especially constrained financially, as many SMBs in America remain underbanked or unbanked while inflationary pressures continue to mount and impede profitability.
