POMPANO BEACH, FL — The Blanche Ely High School Class of 1965 is proud to announce its 60th Class Reunion, a weekend celebration honoring a legacy of excellence, unity, and lifelong friendships. The reunion promises a meaningful time of reflection, recognition, and reconnection for one of the school’s most distinguished graduating classes.
Reunion Weekend: June 19 – 22, 2025
Weekend Activities Include:
- Class Reunion Gala – An evening of celebration, dinner, entertainment, and tributes
- Guided Tours –
- The Blanche Ely House Museum, honoring the school’s namesake and educational legacy, and a tour of Blanche Ely High School
- The new Woody Poitier Fire Station, named in honor of Class of 1965 member and former Pompano Beach City Commissioner, Woody Poitier
- Social Gatherings – Casual meetups and mixers throughout the weekend for classmates to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate 60 years of shared history
