Why War?
I am writing to underscore the profound importance of Black Newspapers in the United States and their enduring impact on our society. As we continue to celebrate who we are as a people, we have to reflect on the pivotal role Black Americans have played in shaping our nation, it is imperative that we recognize the invaluable contributions of Black newspapers in preserving our history, amplifying diverse voices, and advocating for justice and equality.
In 2021, there were 690 mass killings and in 2022 there were 645 mass killings according to the mass killing Archive. At the present time in America, there are 533 mass killing and there is an epidemic, and no one has a solution. There are more guns than people and cars.
America has struggled with an immigration problem for more than a Century. Regrettably, this problem is due to the federal government’s refusal to pass a new comprehensive immigration policy, failure to fully enforce the existing policy and refusing to correctly label the problem. A cursory review of this problem suggests that it is impossible to draft a policy in the absence of correctly labeling the problem. America’s borders are facing a strategic overrun by asylum seekers, migrants, refugees, and immigrants armed with their dire needs.
Now those dream homes are caught in what may be America’s most dire urban fracking nightmare.
Friends Don’t Let Friends Kill Innocent Civilians
You have a small but vocal group of nationalistic insurrection supporters who want to destroy Democracy in America. Even most Republicans say the political “puppets” want to burn (Congress) down.
From 1998 to 2019, the Black poverty rate decreased from 36.7% to 17.1%, respectively. Blacks became less poor but remained first in poverty. During the same period, Black median net worth increased from $8,995 to $24,100, respectively. Yet, Blacks remained at the bottom in median net worth.
