“In Hinduism the destroyer of ignorance and evil is Lord Shiva. In A democracy, the destroyer of ignorance, evil, and corruption is Congress, unless its integrity and morality merely hang from their necks like a dead albatross.” John Johnson II 12/10/25
By John Johnson II
Authentic ignorance” is not mere lack of knowledge — it is the arrogant refusal to learn, combined with the reckless confidence to lead a nation while knowing nothing of consequence. When this condition infects an ordinary mind, it produces confusion. When it infects a President, it produces catastrophe. And yet, a chilling parallel emerges: Artificial Intelligence, if not regulated, will become even more dangerous than authentic ignorance — because it can replicate misinformation on a scale, without conscience, limits, or accountability.
The current President has repeatedly displayed this perilous (AI). He insisted NATO allies “owe dues,” a claim revealing his failure to grasp the most basic mechanics of collective defense. He praised adversaries actively working to undermine American interests. He referred to Frederick Douglass as though the abolitionists were alive today, exposing a depth of historical illiteracy unbecoming of any leader.
Domestically, his confusion is equally alarming. He could not articulate even the outline of a health-care policy. He dismissed intelligence assessments essential to national security. He claimed the Civil War “could have been negotiated,” trivializing the nation’s bloodiest historical reckoning. These are not mere mistakes — they are symptoms of a leader unmoored from truth. Can you imagine a father standing silent as his young sone fiddled with a loaded unlocked gun? Senility differs from (AI).
His economic (AI) is no less dangerous. He consistently claimed that foreign governments pay tariffs, but the cost is borne by American consumers. He misrepresented trade deficits as economic losses, revealing no understanding of global markets, supply and demand, or affordability.
His disdain for military expertise compounds the threat. He telegraphed airstrikes in advance, dismissed seasoned generals, and fired military experts who dared contradict him. Former Cabinet members shielded him while enriching themselves.
Billionaires who support him reveal a parallel view — one saturated with greed and arrogance. They foolishly believe their wealth insulates them from authoritarian danger, unaware that dictatorship eventually devours even its financiers. In the past, billionaires controlled the government but allowed Presidents to run it!
Meanwhile, Republican Congresspersons stand paralyzed by fear. They know violent rhetoric jeopardizes not only their political futures but the safety of their wives and children. They understand the real threat — unhinged followers who take his every word as a command. Epstein’s victims remain insufficiently protected and their government continues to fail them.
The Founding Fathers foresaw such a leader. That is why they created three coequal branches of government — to prevent a single individual consumed by ignorance, malice, or ambition from sinking the republic. It is essential that these equal powers are put into action immediately. America’s survival depends on it.
Yet the gravest betrayal comes from the Supreme Court, whose conservative majority intentionally shielded this president long enough for him to reclaim power. By granting him sweeping “absolute immunity,” they crowned him above the law and sabotaged the very republic they swore to protect. Who could’ve thought that six conservative Supreme Court Justices would’ve conceded their integrity and facilitated the dismantling of democracy?
White America tolerates from the President a level of ignorance, corruption, and immorality that would never be accepted from a Black president, a white woman, or any leader lacking the armor of white male privilege. In embracing him, they have shattered the myth of white intellectual superiority they once held sacred. Are Cabinet Members to afraid to offer this President advice? Would this President listen? Nothing beats a failure but a try Republicans, billionaires, Evangelicals, and MAGA supporters!
YOU BE THE JUDGE!
