Days gone by, and we often cry, however, “let us weep not like those who have no hope” as we remember those who have graduated with a degree which far surpasses anyone that man could give. To those who remain from Lucy C. Laney class of 1958 we will see you at our greatest reunion ever! Remaining members of the Lucy C.  Langley High School Class of 1958. Thank you to class member Patricia Martin and her dear friend Dan Ford for making this possible.

ALMA MATER

Nestled ‘mongst the hills of Georgia Stands the school we hold most dear; And with hearts filled with devotion Sing we now without a fear. Thou art unto us a star, Guiding us to truth’s great light, Laney, Laney, Dear ol’ Laney, We’ll fore’er be true to thee Laney, Laney, Laney Dear ol’ Laney Thy song shall be our trial. Honor, courage, truth and devotion, May we never fail.

Looking forward, reaching upward, Climbing on to greater heights, Fame and wisdom, won forever, Dear ol’ Laney High
