Horses Give Hope Education Foundation introduces Polo, Coding and Robotics to youth

Written by JoeAnn Fletcher

Horses Give Hope Education Foundation ended the year on a high note by introducing polo, coding and robotics to our youths. It held its third annual Charity Challenge with celebrity guest Malcolm Borwick, the former Coach of Prince William and Prince Harry.

Mr. Borwick and Mr. Yunghanns, CEO of Horses Give Hope Education Foundation, introduced Polo 101 to the hundreds of students who were in attendance.

Each year Yunghanns hosts a charity event where foster care and under privileged youth can earn the opportunity to attend.  Polo is an elitist sport known as the Sport of Kings to which many youths have never been exposed or afforded the opportunity to attend. The youths must improve and maintain academic excellence, as well as academic conduct and school attendance in order to attend this Charity Challenge where philanthropic young polo players, under the Polo Training Foundation, compete in support of Horses Give Hope Education Foundation.

Yunghanns’ goal is to use this charity challenge as an incentive to inspire and encourage youths to strive every day for excellence.  He currently has four major programs under the Yunghanns Coding and Robotics Academy where he has partnered with local Schools in order to allow students to excel in Coding, Robotics, STEM, Entrepreneurship and Literacy. Horses Give Hope Education Foundation launched the Polo Charity Challenge four years ago and the Coding and Robotics Academy was launched this month at Henry D. Perry Education Center in Miramar, FL for middle and high school students in partnership with Code Fever one of the companies contracted to provide services for Yunghanns Coding and Robotics Academy.
