    This news will probably be challenging for Janet Jackson fans to stomach, but the legendary icon has decided to put her entertaining days behind her. According to entertainment columnist Rob Shuter, the famed performing artist has grown tired of the entertainment industry and is moving to another country to convert to Islam.

    This information comes slightly more than a month after news broke that she and billionaire retail businessman WissamĀ Al Mana of Qatar are married. “The rumors regarding an extravagant wedding are simply not true,ā€ the couple toldĀ ETOnline, which broke the official wedding news. ā€œLast year we were married in a quiet, private, and beautiful ceremony.ā€Ā The couple adds, ā€œOur wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favourite children’s charities.
