Justin who is a gifted B honor roll student

Like most elementary school children his age, Justin Thomas always hopes to get good grades. But Justin who is a gifted B honor roll student at Nova Eisenhower Elementary was one of only 20 fourth graders that received a letter from Governor Rick Scott for his almost perfect FCAT scores. He was just one point away from making the perfect score in each subject. Justin hopes to get the perfect FCAT score this school year. His parents are Tony & Virginia Thomas
