    Kaitlin Stapleton Joins Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm

    Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm (HPS) is pleased to announce that Kaitlin Stapleton has joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office as an Associate.

    Kaitlin mainly focuses her practice in the areas of personal injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlin was an attorney for a law firm located in Deerfield Beach, FL. She also served as a legal intern for the HIV Education and Law Project, Inc., an organization that provides legal assistance to low-income clients affected by HIV/AIDS.

    “We are delighted to have Kaitlin on our team,” says Jim Haliczer, Managing Partner of HPS. “She is an exceptional attorney and is the perfect fit to support our Fort Lauderdale office.”

    Kaitlin earned her JD at Thomas University School of Law and her BA at SUNY Oswego. She is a member of the Florida Bar’s Elder Law and Trial Lawyers Sections, and Young Lawyers Division. Kaitlin is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association and Miami Dade Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Florida.
