    Mt Hermon AME Church

    Mt Hermon AME Fort Lauderdale Church is set to host its first 5K Race for Hope on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Vista View Park in Davie, Florida. This event, scheduled to begin at 7:30 am, aims to promote health awareness, encourage community service, and raise funds for a crucial kitchen upgrade.

    This family-oriented race welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels.  Whether you’re a seasoned runner or prefer a leisurely walk,  this event offers something for everyone.

    Race for Hope is more than just a race,” says Rev. Henry E. Green, III, “It’s an opportunity for our community to come together, focus on health, and contribute to a project that will benefit  many.”

    Registration is now open through Victory Sports Management’s website. Interested participants can sign up at  https://victorysportsmgt.com/raceforhope5k/.
