PF Chang’s Relaunched – Newest authentically crafted menu

Holy chopsticks! PF Chang’s newest menu creations will take your foodie soul to Asia — no passport required.

The Westside Gazette had an exclusive invitation to experience the restaurant’s brand relaunch event at the Brickell (Miami) restaurant location earlier this month.

Korean Bulgogi Steak

Rich in flavor, dishes like the Korean Bulgogi Beef and Spicy Miso Ramen are visually stunning and impressive to the palate. The shrimp dumplings are served sizzling from the scratch kitchen. Patrons can now stuff glazed pork belly and fresh chopped veggies into delightfully soft hot buns while sipping the new Pink Gin Martini adorned with edible flowers.

The ‘casual-dining’ restaurant was able to capture a more authentic culinary experience by traveling to the source of their inspired cuisine– China. There, the PF Chang  executive team learned traditional techniques and studied a variety of dishes. What they brought back to the states is certainly worth a try. Plan a date with your mate or go with a friend and indulge in all things new to the menu.
