South Miami Hospital Golf Classic to celebrate its 20th anniversary

     MIAMI, FL – Baptist Health South Florida will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its South Miami Hospital Golf Classic on Wednesday, October 17 at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the hospital’s Child Development Center, which provides support to children who have or are at risk for developmental or physical challenges.

     “We are delighted to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the South Miami Hospital Golf Classic,” said Lincoln S. Mendez, chief executive officer of South Miami Hospital. “This important milestone marks Baptist Health South Florida’s long-lasting commitment to improving lives in our community.”

     Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch and a shotgun tee-off at 1 p.m. The event will feature tournament play, a skills challenge, reception, awards dinner and a live and silent auction. For more information, call 786-467-5400 or email Events@BaptistHealth.net.
