Is age truly just a number and our educational system still under reconstruction

The Detective is wondering why Republican Senator  Mitch McConnell from the great state of Kentucky is holding on to a seat that he has been the senior US senator from Kentucky for almost 40 years. Ol Pete refuses to make this partisan. Democrat Senator Diane Feinstein is completing a sixth term as the senior Senator for the great state of California. Both Feinstein and McConnell have done great work for their parties but are both battling serious health issues and refusing to step down from their seats. Pete watched from the television as McConnell twice was frozen and couldn’t speak. He is suffering some medical ailment. […]

Getting Ready to Rumble on the Field and in Politkicks

The sand trails are light and Ol’ Pete is gliding through with ease. Pete has been keeping an ear to the ground trying to learn about candidates who may be entering upcoming races. It’s a brand-new year with new players and hopefully no old tactics

Ol Pete reviewed the list of three candidates who qualified and interviewed for the job. Black folk are sleeping through the revolution and Broward district is grateful for the ignorant slumber. […]

Ol’ Pete To New Pete-Don’t Make This Be A Repeat

Pete’s Namesake is going to be just fine. As long as he remembers the promises he made and moves methodically in the sand.  New Pete has to remember that he has nine bosses, but he is the boss of literally the tens of thousands who work for Broward Schools. As long as he draws those lines in the sand and keeps everyone on the straight, narrow and clear path, he will be fine. […]
