Women of Veteran Affairs (WOVA) is a non-profit 501c3 organization that advocates for and helps veterans navigate barriers in life. WOVA was founded in 2020 by Miss Linda Hugley “Army Veteran” who saw a need to provide support and resources to fellow veterans. Miss Hugley serves as our President/CEO.
WOVA’s mission is to empower veterans and their families to achieve their full potential. The organization does this by providing a variety of services, workshops and programs, including networking with support groups. WOVA provides opportunities for veterans to network with each other and build relationships as they receive resources and information that meets their needs. The organization also offers vast resources for veterans who are struggling with issues such as PTSD, military sexual trauma, accessing disability benefits, and homelessness.
