2022 Summer Arts Master Workshop Series

Now Accepting Workshop Presenter and Location Proposals.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Thursday, JUNE 30th

 SOUTH FLORIDA — Miami Dade’s premier arts advocacy organization, Diaspora Arts Coalition, in partnership with the State of Florida’s oldest established, award-winning, African American Theater Company, The M Ensemble; and the Miami Dade Alliance are proud to announce the 2022 Summer Arts Master Workshop Series.  This free summer series gives youth throughout Miami Dade County the opportunity to learn the arts and be exposed to the business of the arts first-hand from professional and emerging, practicing artists.  These artists will travel to neighborhood parks and summer camp locations in community centers, places of worship, and the like to conduct a one hour, interactive arts workshop/demo. Tuesday, July 5th thru Friday, August 5, 2022, the workshops will cover a variety of arts genres, including but not limited to, Arts & Crafts, Dance, Music, Storytelling/Spoken Word; Literary Arts, African Instruments, Drama, Drumming, and more…
