While I was out doing my daily workout with my sister and grandmother, I noticed we weren’t the only ones who needed fresh air.

I saw a father, Mr. Dee Johns with his twin daughters Mae’yah and Malaysia and his son DJ.

Mr. Johns told me he takes his kids out three times a week. He also informed me that he is feeding his kids a well-balanced meal and making sure they are still active with doing their school work and outside play.

I asked his kids if they missed school and they replied,  “YES”.

I told them that hope-fully, our school will start back in August so that we all will be able to see our friends and teachers.

I also said that in the meantime they should enjoy their time with their family and keep up the good work.
