BANGOR, WA — Seaman Kevin Tortora, a sonar technician and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. native, serves on board the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Michigan (SSGN 727) Blue Crew. Feller is serving in the U.S. Navy, protecting and defending America on the world’s oceans. The Navy’s guided missile sub-marines provide the Navy with unprecedented strike and special operation mission capabilities from a stealthy, clandestine platform.
