      The four homes are part of an innovative 12 home partnership between Habitat, the CRA and the City to revitalize Collier City, remove blighted vacant lots, reduce crime, and deliver an affordable home ownership opportunity to the community. Nine of the 12 lots were deeded to Habitat by the CRA for the construction of affordable single-family homes. Habitat purchased three other lots privately.

     Phylicia Rashad became a two-time Tony Award winner for her performance as Faye in Dominique Morisseau’s Skeleton Crew.
