The Wildcats’ softball team wraps up the regular season with a key Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) series against Jackson State University at Sunnyland Park April 25-26.

A single game takes place at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 25 followed by a double header on Saturday, April 26 beginning at 1 p.m.

The Wildcats had been hot before a hiccup in Tallahassee being swept by Florida A&M in a three-game series from April 19-20.

B-CU is 19-26 overall and 12-8 in the SWAC. They are currently fourth in the SWAC East Di- vision but trail second place Jackson State (13- 7) by a game.

The SWAC tournament takes place in Gulfport, Mississippi from May 6-9. The winner of the tournament earns an automatic trip to the NCAA tournament.

They had won six straight and 11 out of 14 games prior.
