   The MENT.O.R.S. Foundation established an organization and awards event to honor the legacies of past and future Black quarterbacks who played at the interscholastic, collegiate, and professional levels. The organization will be designated with the name Quarter Phi Back, aka QPhiB, Awards. It will take on a presence like that of a fraternal organization.

    The Quarter Phi Back Awards created by The MENT.O.R.S. Foundation, Inc. (Jacksonville, FL) released its inaugural âwatch listâ of quarterbacks for the 2022 season. The organization will monitor and track the performances of quarterbacks in four different levels to determine which player will be nominated for the Annual BIP Memorial Trophy. Originally set to recognize the most outstanding quarterback from a HBCU, it will now include the top Black quarterback in high school to receive the award at the interscholastic levels throughout the United States.
âI am the first generation to go to college, and itâs a great feeling. Where Iâm from, many people donât go to college. My grandfather grew up on a farm and stopped going to school in the second grade, so the background Iâve come from is just like, âwow, Iâm actually here in college doing this.â
 The more than 106,000-square foot building, a masterpiece by any architectural standard, sits on 30 acres that overlooks the PGAâs sprawling campus at 1916 PGA Parkway in the town of Frisco.
     It looks like Cleveland Browns quarterback, Deshaun Watson, is seeking forgiveness for his âunsportsmanlikeâ conduct.
