During this time we might be tempted to eat food that is not very good for our health. Good nutrition is important for our health, particularly in times when the immune system might need to fight back.
Some things you can do to prevent “stress eating” during this time is to plan your snacks and your meals. You should plan your snacks and meals because this can help you eat at a certain time with a certain snack or meal.
Another thing you can do is watch how much you eat. Eat in small portions.
Finally, stay hydrated. Staying hydrated can prevent your hunger and cravings
