Political appeal reflects the politics of historical trends

     As time flows from dust to dawn, so it is we’re in the twilight of winter.

    Yes. Politics, like nature, thrives on seasonal changes captured in the pages of historical trends.   

    Black History Month holds immense value in education. That is obvious to all.  People of color, more than any other ethnic group, appreciate this month.     

    Consequently, President Barack Obama’s fifth “State of the Union Address faded to the obscure in the annals of history as quickly as the tides rise and fall beneath a full moon.

    So, while the Creator ordered and orchestrated the interaction of individual entities valued in nature’s collective presence, political appeal unfolds that equal but opposite re-action.

    Practitioners of the Christian faith find mankind’s simplistic purpose expressly conveyed in the Lord’s Prayer:  “Thy will be done, on earth, as in Heaven. . .”
